Probation and Diversion Supervision

The Justice Network administers effective probation and diversion programs which may include personal supervision, face-to-face visits and random drug/alcohol testing to insure to the Court that the offender is meeting his Court ordered requirements.  JNI maintains probation files with all pertinent information regarding the case and offender. Personal contact between the offender and his/her Case Officer is a major component of a successful plan.

House Arrest

House Arrest is an important part of The Justice Network’s Alternative Sentencing Programs.  The offender is confined to his/her home and monitored by reliable, state-of-the art electronic surveillance methods which use existing telephone lines. The Court determines the level and intensity of monitoring methods for each offender.

 Curfew

The Court may also deem it appropriate to place curfew restrictions on the offender. This optional program requires that the offender remain in the home during set curfew hours.  The Justice Network confirms compliance through frequent, random phone calls or the use of electronic equipment.

Restitution

The Justice Network strongly advocated victim restitution.  As such, The Justice Network offers an innovative program for Court ordered restitution payment plans.
