For our clients, a successful compliance program starts with fully understanding the terms and conditions of their supervision. Below is a list of some of the most frequently asked questions and answers asked by clients.
1.  How often do I have to report to my case officer?
Answer: Between the 1st and the 5th of each month unless instructed otherwise by your Case Officer

2.  Do I have the full period of my supervision to pay any restitution that was ordered by the Court?
Answer: Most of the time the Court will give a date in which the restitution has to be paid. If not, the Case Officer will advise you when it should be paid so there will not be any problems with your probation.

3.  How soon should I notify the Justice Network if my employment, address or contact information changes?
Answer: Contact your Case Officer Immediately of any changes in employment, address or contact information

4.  Can I go visit relatives and friends out of town while on supervised probation or diversion?
Answer: This will be decided by your Case Officer

5.  If I am on house arrest under what circumstances can I leave the house?
Answer: Only what is approved by the Court

6.  What if I am on curfew and I am working when I am supposed to be at home?
Answer: You must give verification of employment and if a curfew call is missed you will have to provide verification of the date and time you were at work

7.  What do I do if I am rearrested, receive a citation or a ticket?
Answer: This should be reported to a Case Officer immediately.

8. Can anyone call and get information about my case?
Answer: No. Your written permission is required to give information about your case to a non-governmental entity

9.  How often do I have to submit to a drug test?
Answer: Drug test are administered randomly

10. Can I pay my court costs at The Justice Network?
Answer: No. Arrangement should be made with the Clerk's Office before you leave court

11. Does my probation automatically end if a am arrested or violated?
Answer: No.

12. Will my employer be contacted while I am on probation?
Answer: As long as you are in compliance with your probation there should be no reason why your employer would be contacted

13. How long do I have to complete the court ordered schools and community service work?
Answer: We will get you scheduled for your classes and community service work as soon as possible so there will not be any problems completing your probation.

14. Am I allowed to drive to work if I do not have have a driver's license?
Answer: NO!!!!!!.

15. What can I take to jail to do weekend time?
Answer: A toothbrush, towel, face cloth, wedding band, watch, (2) pairs of underclothing, valid ID, prosthetics or prescribed medication with prior approval from the Division of Correction Medical Department. You may only bring a two day supply of approved prescribed medication.

16. How soon do I report to The Justice Network once I am released from custody or placed on probation / diversion?
Answer: Immediately.

17. Do I have to make an appointment to come in?
Answer: NO. Our office is open Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Be in by 4:30pm

18. When are my probation / diversion fees due?
Answer: Fees are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late if paid after the 5th of the month.

19. Do I have to come in for an office visit if I do not have my fees or have a partial payment?
Answer: YES

20. Can I drink or do drugs while on probation / diversion?
Answer: NO. you can not drink or do drugs while on probation or diversion

21. How do I get a restricted driver's license?
Answer: An application has to be made to the Court and approved by the Judge

22. How do I get my driver's license back?
Answer: (1)You must get verification from the Clerk's office that all your Court Cost are paid in full. (2)You need to get an SR22 from your insurance company and (3) Take your original Alcohol Safety School certificate and pay a reinstatement fee to the Department of Motor Vehicle.

23. Do I go back to Court or get papers stating I am off probation?
Answer: NO. unless specified by the Court. However, If you are on DIVERSION you will have to go back to court.
